Q: Which area do you cover?

A:Sculpted Beauty covers a wide radius, this includes Basingstoke, Hook and along the M3 corridor.

There may be an instance that we could ask for our fuel to be paid for, or a minimum spend on treatments. We would always advise this at time of booking, but if you are unsure please ask. 

 

Q: Do you treat male clients?

A:Yes, we do. We request that a current female client of Sculpted Beauty has recommended the male client to us beforehand. This would apply to any treatment that they choose.

 

Q:Do you require a treatment booking deposit? 

A:We may ask for a small booking fee to secure your booking, if your treatments cover a large booking in the diary this will secure the booking for you. The booking fee will be taken from your treatment total on the day. 

 

We require 24hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise a 50% charge of your treatment will be requested.

 

Q:What insurance do you have to perform my treatment? 

A:We have a full Professional Indemnity Insurance cover with Beazley Solutions. This covers all the treatments we offer at Sculpted Beauty, also ourselves as the professional.

 

Q:Do I need to prepare anything for my treatment before you arrive?

A:No, as Sculpted Beauty is a mobile service, we will bring everything that we may need for your treatment. This may include a couch, foot spa, towels, wax equipment. All that we would ask, is to prepare a space/area for us to work in, this may be treatment specific. However we will always let you know with plenty of time before your treatment.

 

Q:Will I get an email to confirm my treatment?

A:We will always send out a text 24 hours before your treatment, this is to confirm the time, date and which treatment you are having. Please let us know then if there are any changes that we can accomodate for.
